            Description

            If the customer is using a none Hilscher FDT-Container together with the new EtherCAT Mater DTM V2 the GUI craches during opening procedure.


            - Installing Device Library
            - None hilscher FDT Container (Automation Studio, Pactware or FDT-Container)
            - Starting reload catalog
            - Instert EtherCAT Master
            - Opening ECM GUI

            -> error occurs

            -> the problem ist the missing Dll "Telerik.Licensing.Runtime.dll" in the folder
            "C:\Program Files (x86)\Hilscher GmbH\DeviceLibrary\ETHERCAT\MasterV2"
