Communication Studio does not offer "Topology Export" in the DTM context menu

Some DTMs provide a "Topology Export" capability (export of topology data). Communication Studio does not expose this capability. When the DTM is opened in Communication Studio, no corresponding entry appears in the context menu, so the user has no way to trigger the export from within Communication Studio, even though the DTM supports it.

Actual behavior:
Right-clicking a DTM node that provides "Topology Export" does not show such an entry in the context menu (entry is missing / not offered). The functionality delivered by the DTM cannot be reached from Communication Studio.

Expected behavior:
Communication Studio queries the DTM for its available commands/capabilities. If the DTM provides "Topology Export", Communication Studio must show this possibility in the context menu of that DTM:

• The "Topology Export" item is added to the context menu of the selected DTM, only for DTMs that actually support it (hidden otherwise).
• Selecting the item invokes the export command on that specific DTM instance, with the same behaviour as other DTM-provided context menu Export commands.

Acceptance criteria:

• "Topology Export" is visible and enabled in the Communication Studio context menu for DTMs that provide it.
• The command is executed on the selected DTM when the user selects it.
• No "Topology Export" entry for DTMs that do not provide it.
• Verified with at least one supporting and one non-supporting DTM.
