            Description

            To ensure stability of released versions of Communication Studio, a structured hotfix process will be introduced. This will allow critical issues to be resolved quickly without impacting ongoing development.

            The process will be fully automated and support predictable, regular releases.

            Goal:

            • Ensure stability of production releases

            • Enable fast delivery of critical fixes

            • Provide automated monthly release updates

            Acceptance Criteria:

            • A clearly defined and automated hotfix workflow is in place

            • Hotfix releases can be created independently from the main development branch

            • A monthly release is generated automatically

            • The lifecycle of hotfix versions (creation and retirement) is clearly managed
