Implement Color Customization via Script for OEM Extension

We’ve enhanced the Communication Studio (CS) to provide OEMs with streamlined control over the color scheme of the extension defined within the MSI. This  feature addresses the requirement to quickly adapt the extension's visual appearance to align with specific brand guidelines.

Changes Made (Detailed Breakdown):

1. Script.xml Creation:
   1. A new `script.xml` file has been added to the CS core. This file contains the scripting logic to dynamically modify color settings.
   2. This script is designed to be executed when the OEM MSI extension is deployed.
2. Parameterization for Color Values:
   1. The `script.xml` now accepts color parameters via MSI extension input.  These parameters control the color of key UI elements, allowing OEMs to define color values for:
      1. Background Color
      2. Text Color
      3. Button Color
      4. ...
